So I have been hearing about this company forever and ever. Thinking that they were going to be one of those stupid wanna be cheap makeup sites I ignored it over the years. Well I am kicking myself in the ass for waiting this long to make a move on the site. Let me just tell you I went on for the first time and fell in love. Makeup brushes were incredibly cheap their basic line was $1.00 a brush, then they had their studio pro brushes. They are starting at $3.00. I picked myself up 9 brushes, a mineral facial primer and after getting to $20.00 I was able to receive a free bronzing kit. So I got all of this for $25? HELL YEAH! The products are really really great for the amount that I paid for them. I am big user of Mac, Nars, Chanel products but these have won me over.
I know that I will be returning to the site for future products especially for the little things and basic things like brush cleaner, facial wipes, cases. All these great things so if your looking for a new line of products, a MUA who is starting or just would like to save some money. You should really consider giving this site a look at.

NYX Shadow Base

I'm always looking for a new product that works best for me, as a longgggggg time fan of NYX cosmetics. I was more than delighted to hear that they had finally come out with a eyeshadow primer, I have always loved their face primers. So I managed to grab up a container of their base in "skin tone" and I have to say there is nothing not to love about this. Its got the sheen of prep + prime, with the texture and thickness of primer potion. Although I would strongly suggest applying this with a brush/applicator you can still use your finger its completely your choice. I've been using it for about 2 days now. It does not move, like at all where after a long day I'd have most bases, pretty much melt on my eyes and I would experience really bad creasing and that is really not an attractive thing to see at all. Even after working a full day there was no movement and my eyeshadow stayed really bold and fresh looking, it was really refreshing to go out and know that my makeup was going to stay the way it did when I left my house.
So I would HIGHLY suggest getting your hands on this it comes in "skin tone, vibrant white, white", how could you pass up such a great deal?. I would give this one two thumbs up for sure.

Covergirl Smokey Shadow Blast

My friends were talking about this one the other day and I thought since I haven't read to many reviews on this I would post one myself, well let me go by saying this DO.NOT.WASTE.YOUR.MONEY on this piece of shit, this stuff is so god awful it actually made me laugh and than pissed because I spent the money on it one of the first times I've bought drugstore makeup in a while. I tried wearing this two different times two different ways, the first was through the way the instructions say so I did everything exactly the way it should be done by the instructions, it creased within the first 5 minutes, these are way way way too creamy to be used its worse than putting grease sticks on your eyes by themselves its just horrible and sticky I felt at times like I was trying to glue my eyes into the back of my head. Than I decided to try and use primer and than set it with eyeshadow, it wasn't as bad as the first time with the shadow sticks by themselves but it was still really bad, it took a few hours this time for it to crease. It was pain to get off and its just piling everything on to your eyes and its just not fun what so ever, so basically I warning do not for any reason use these they are trying to coin the term smokey eyes done easy but its really hot mess done fast. Epic fail on covergirl's part.
